We currently ship throughout the United States.

Processing Times:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carriers:

We ship orders via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or, for larger bulk orders, LTL freight carriers. Carrier selection is based on order size, destination, and delivery speed.  We retain the right to choose the best carrier suited for each shipment.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees are calculated in real-time at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen carrier rates.

Tracking:

All shipments include tracking information. Tracking details will be emailed after the order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: Contact info@tag-lok.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • Lost Packages: Once an order leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Backorders & Delays

If an item is out of stock or your order is delayed, we will contact you directly with an estimated shipping date and options.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are accurate. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error may not be refunded or reshipped at our expense.
