Tag-Lok devices are designed for use in lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety procedures. Improper installation or use may result in injury, property damage, or failure of safety protocols. It is your responsibility to ensure that Tag-Lok products are used in compliance with applicable OSHA standards and your organization’s safety policies.

Order Acceptance:

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent orders or orders violating applicable laws.

Pricing & Payment:

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment must be received in full before an order is shipped, unless the order is placed through a wholesaler account that has been granted the ability to pay with a Purchase Order, in which case the terms are net 30 before finance charges are applied.

Returns & Refunds:

We do not offer refunds or replacements except for items damaged upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@tag-lok.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment with photos of the damage and order details.

Warranty:

Tag-Lok products are hand-inspected prior to shipment and are sold without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

All content on this website—including text, images, product designs, and the Tag-Lok logo—is owned by Tag-Lok LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
